L\u2019objectif : \u00e9tudier l\u2019impact des d\u00e9g\u00e2ts d\u2019abroutissement des ongul\u00e9s sauvages (chevreuil, cerf et chamois) sur les diff\u00e9rentes essences. Les donn\u00e9es des d\u00e9g\u00e2ts ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mises en relation avec les densit\u00e9 des ongul\u00e9s et \u00e9valu\u00e9es sur base des tableaux de chasse.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9tude montre les r\u00e9sultats suivants :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La probabilit\u00e9 d\u2019abroutissement varie selon les essences. L\u2019\u00e9pic\u00e9a est le moins abrouti. L\u2019abroutissement est faible sur le sapin pectin\u00e9 et le h\u00eatre quand ces essences sont abondantes<\/li>\n<li>Une augmentation de l\u2019abroutissement est observ\u00e9e pour le ch\u00eane, le sorbier des oiseleurs, l\u2019\u00e9pic\u00e9a et le sapin pectin\u00e9 sur le plateau et pour le h\u00eatre et le ch\u00eane en altitude<\/li>\n<li>Les ongul\u00e9s abroutissent pr\u00e9f\u00e9rentiellement les tiges plus hautes (40-129 cm) que les petites tiges (10-39 cm). Par ailleurs, presqu\u2019aucun plant de ch\u00eane de grande taille n\u2019a \u00e9t\u00e9 observ\u00e9 lors du dernier inventaire. Les auteurs postulent que la dent des ongul\u00e9s pourrait en \u00eatre la cause. Mais un manque d\u2019ensoleillement pourrait \u00e9galement intervenir<\/li>\n<li>Le cerf provoque un abroutissement 4 fois sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 celui d\u2019un chevreuil ou d\u2019un chamois<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Au vu des r\u00e9sultats obtenus, les auteurs concluent que l\u2019abroutissement risque d\u2019avoir un effet sur le m\u00e9lange des essences plut\u00f4t que sur le nombre de tiges du futur peuplement.
