Elle se base sur des donn\u00e9es provenant de plus de 1200 stations m\u00e9t\u00e9orologiques r\u00e9parties dans les for\u00eats europ\u00e9ennes.<\/p>\n<p>En \u00e9t\u00e9, les temp\u00e9ratures en for\u00eat sont en moyenne inf\u00e9rieures de 2 \u00b0C (et cet \u00e9cart va jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 10 \u00b0C). En hiver, les for\u00eats sont en moyenne 2 \u00b0C plus chaudes, avec des pics allant jusqu\u2019\u00e0 12 \u00b0C.
