Fin 2019, une \u00e9tude men\u00e9e sur l\u2019esp\u00e8ce\u00a0<i>Quercus crispula<\/i>\u00a0au Japon a mis en \u00e9vidence des changements d\u00e9cennaux dans les gland\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text-build-content\" data-testid=\"Hg80p_IA_u\">Cette \u00e9tude, bas\u00e9e sur 38 ann\u00e9es de donn\u00e9es concernant les gland\u00e9es de ch\u00eane, montre notamment que les intervalles entre gland\u00e9es se sont globalement raccourcis avec le temps, passant d\u2019un cycle de 3 \u00e0 4 ans \u00e0 un cycle de 2 ans. De plus, la production moyenne de graines a augment\u00e9 avec l\u2019augmentation moyenne de la temp\u00e9rature et la diminution des pr\u00e9cipitations. Ceci pourrait notamment s\u2019expliquer par le fait que ces conditions climatiques sont plus favorables \u00e0 la diss\u00e9mination du pollen au printemps. Ce r\u00e9sultat est coh\u00e9rent avec d\u2019autres \u00e9tudes men\u00e9es sur les ch\u00eanes en Europe. Dans le Nord de l\u2019Europe, une r\u00e9duction dans les intervalles de fain\u00e9es a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 observ\u00e9e chez le h\u00eatre.
