Cependant, on sait peu de choses sur la fa\u00e7on dont les changements de temp\u00e9rature affectent les interactions entre les arbres h\u00f4tes, les champignons associ\u00e9s aux racines et les n\u00e9matodes.<br \/>\nUne \u00e9tude men\u00e9e au Japon s\u2019est pench\u00e9e sur l\u2019identification des facteurs abiotiques et biotiques qui affectent les communaut\u00e9s de n\u00e9matodes du sol. Diff\u00e9rentes exp\u00e9riences en serre ont \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9es en contr\u00f4lant notamment la temp\u00e9rature ambiante, dans le but de simuler le changement climatique dans les for\u00eats c\u00f4ti\u00e8res sur sable. Les r\u00e9sultats de l\u2019\u00e9tude sugg\u00e8rent que les populations de n\u00e9matodes sont directement r\u00e9gul\u00e9es par la temp\u00e9rature et la pr\u00e9sence de semis de pin. En effet, la temp\u00e9rature a des effets en cascade sur la formation des communaut\u00e9s de n\u00e9matodes, et les semis de pin et les mycorhizes associ\u00e9s contribuent de mani\u00e8re synergique \u00e0 la formation de leurs communaut\u00e9s.<br \/>\n\u00c9tant donn\u00e9 que certains taxons de n\u00e9matodes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 affect\u00e9s par les changements de temp\u00e9rature, ces n\u00e9matodes peuvent \u00eatre des indicateurs pour pr\u00e9dire les effets du r\u00e9chauffement climatique. Les r\u00e9sultats issus de cette \u00e9tude devraient aider d&rsquo;autres chercheurs \u00e0 pr\u00e9dire les effets du r\u00e9chauffement climatique sur la biodiversit\u00e9 de surface et souterraine des \u00e9cosyst\u00e8mes forestiers.<br \/>\nKitagami Y., Matsuda Y.
